David is an artist working out of the PASC Detroit Studio, often drawing with a black ballpoint pen and then adding color with colored pencils or markers to his pieces. For portraits, he incorporates watercolor with black pen and marker accents, drawing inspiration from reference books on trains, cars, and people. He works on paper, cardboard, and heavy paper, creating layered collages that give his work a dimensional, 3D effect. In his free time, David enjoys 1970s TV shows, music from the same era, and spending time with fellow PASC artists.
David has exhibited at the PASC Detroit Gallery, Detroit, MI (2025); University of Michigan, Institute for the Humanities, Ann Arbor, MI (2025); and the PASC Southgate Gallery, Southgate, MI (2024).
