Detroit Angel Tweety

Detroit Angel Tweety is a focused yet social artist. She creates colorful acrylic paintings featuring drawings of her pets and other extraordinary animals in domestic and more exotic scenes such as jungles and forests. She paints in a romantic realistic mannerist style reminiscent of Henri Rousseau. Her artwork has been featured in Introductions (2021), PASC Southgate Gallery, Southgate MI; Vantage Points (2022), and From Every Direction (2023), both at the Art Gallery at Westland City Hall, Westland, MI.
