Julieann is a Livonia-based artist who works out of the PASC Westland studio. Julie is an abstract artist working primarily with watercolor and acrylic paint. Her artworks are very gestural and expressionist featuring repeated patterns of crosses and circles. She often will spray her paintings with watercolor, giving them an almost graffiti-like quality. She has been working with PASC since 2022.
Her work has been shown at the Detroit Artist Market, Detroit, MI (2025); PASC Detroit Gallery, Detroit, MI (2025); PASC Southgate Gallery, Southgate, MI (2024); BasBlue, Detroit, MI (2024); MOCAD, Detroit, MI (2023); PASC Detroit Pop-up Gallery (2023); Art Gallery at Westland City Hall, Westland, MI (2023); Reyes|Finn Gallery, Detroit, MI (2023); and PASC At/And Chap Lofts, Detroit, MI (2023). Her artwork has been featured at the NADA art fair presented by White Columns Gallery, Miami, FL (2024). Her artwork is in the collection of the New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital's Artwork at the Center for Community Health and Detroit's Henry Ford Hospital Health Clinics.
