Jeff Parkinson

Jeff is an artist who works at the PASC Westland Studio. He is very interested in cityscapes, interiors, design and repeating patterns. He does multiple sketches, taking hours to begin his final artwork. He mainly uses ballpoint pen, sharpie, watercolors and colored pencils to slowly add color and line.
